Points need attentioned for operator under bottled water line production

Bottled water production line is necessary for water & beverage manufacturers now, whole line adopts automatic running design, which is fully automatic working except necessary needed operator ( for example light detector), especially reducing the second time pollution of filling. All electrical and pneumatic elements are imported famous brands, each machine included in the line is controlled by PLC, and we set safty detection device at every part, which is for promise the whole line equipments in continuous coordination running.

Safety operation maily show as below
1. Before production
1. Add a certain amount of ozone water into the hydraulic cylinder of pure Water Filling Machine to the specified position of upper level pipe;
2. Concoct disinfectant according to requested concentration
3. Open the valve, check whether it's already on or not carefully
4. Open the air pipeline valve, when air pressure reached around to 6atm, then test whether each solenoid valve and cylinder is under normal working (if there's any errors or insensitive or gas line blockage problem exist), motor and bearing already add lubricated oil (which is forbidden running without oil), in the meantime, inspect whether there's any fixing elements getting loose, if any of these conditions met, should stop production immediately until the malfunction solved;
5. Check whether malfunction signal is good, guid action is effective or not;
6. After inspect all of these in good condition, then can start production, adjust speed to 120 bottles/h, empty filling for 3-5mins running;


In production

According to production speed, feed bottled on conveyor timely at pause time. Operator should go around for check carefully and tightly, to prevent any accident, if any problem met, should contact maintenace staff for mulfunction solving.


After production
1. Stop : Press stop button, machine will stop automatically after circular work finished
2. Power off: Turn off the main power
3. Air off: Cut off the gas, and exhaust left gas inside system.
