General
1. Structure: it is composed of bottle-feeding conveyor, product arrangement,cardboard feeding part,carton forming device,glue part,pneumatic part,electric control part and product outfeeding part.
2. Working Principle: it changed traditional formed carton packing to wrap around case packer, which can save carton cost, it make carton erector, case packer and carton sealer three function in one machine
3. Characteristics: according to customer packing requirements, it will divide product as requested, and carton suction part will send product packing place, then pneumatic part will fall grouped product into carton,finally carton forming device and glue part finish whole packing process; each part synchronous is by numbers of servo motor and mechanical adjustment synchronization to complete, which ensure every group product accuracy, qualified, and beautiful.
4. Applicable Industry: widely used in food, beverage,pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and other industries, commonly used in all kinds of PET bottle, can,and unregular shape bottle.
