Detailed Parts of Air Conveyor
Air Conveyor Tube: Air conveyor tube and all auxiliary parts adopt stainless steel SUS304 matt board, tube plate thickness 1.5mm,flange plate thickness 4mm, which completely conform to requirements of the food industry. Due to convenient maintenance, we make sure air tube will have a cleaning port at least 1.5m(except curve and 12 ° fluctuation period). after finshed, we will make sure no obvious scratch, strain, concave,convex,etc.

Bottle clamping device for air conveyor: our clamping device adopt Ultrahigh molecular wear-resisting NG49 which have good sliding resistance, abrasion resistance, impact resistance. AST clamping device is made in USA. As 14000bottle per hour standard, we can make sure serivce life can reach more than 15000hour.



Bottle falling device: it is installed in position of bottle clamping device, if not working, it can play role of bottle clamping. this device can handle dangerous case which caused by bottle gather too much. and bottle falling device use imported brand electric configuration, like senor SICK.
